Day 1 The first stop on your road trip after leaving Cape Town should be Diesel & Crème in Barrydale for some milkshakes! Make sure to detour at Platform 62 for some coffee and let the kids explore the old steam train or feed some chickens at the padstal. 246 Diesel & Crème
Day 2 After filling up your car with fuel in Ladysmith, make sure to drop by Cango Wildlife Ranch. Oudtshoorn is a reasonable midway point before arriving in Graaff Reinet, where you might want to consider sleeping over if time permits. 176 Oudtshoorn
