The Roma Revolving Restaurant was established in 1973 and has since then been offering great service accompanied by the incredible view of downtown Durban area, the harbour, surrounding suburbs and of course the magical sunset.
Above the restaurant is a bar which also offers a great view of the sun’s ray caressing the city as it descends into the horizon.
Tobago’s Bar @ Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Cape Town

This bar is suspended right on the edge of Cape Town’s Granger Bay with a large sun-soaked deck and rim-flow pool. Guests at the bar have the pleasure to enjoy views of the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and expansive view of the sun and skies.
Kalk Bay, Cape Town
Located only a short drive from the centre of Cape Town, Kalk Bay introduces you to a small beach community in the southern peninsula area. If you enjoy being outdoors, then you will enjoy the open space and views of both mountain and sea coupled up by the sunset.
You can enjoy the beauty of the sun setting from a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bookstores in the area. The biggest highlight of this spot is watching the fading rays of the sun splatter over the Indian ocean.
Northcliff Water Tower, Johannesburg

The place offers a wide and uninterrupted view of the sky so that you can slowly move along with the sun as it bids goodbye to the affluent suburbs around. It is also an ideal picnic spot giving you an opportunity to be kissed by the warm rays of the sun as it sets.
These are just some of the few spots worth mentioning.
