Der Service von Britz war defacto nicht vorhanden (Britz beim Flughafen Windhoek) . Sofern jemand abgehoben hat wurde man immer auf einen Rückruf vertröstet der in der Regel nicht kam. Man musste selbst nochmal anrufen und dann nochmal alles erzählen weil die Informationsweitergabe nicht existiert.
