Product : Booked and paid dsa for car hire .Emailed me 2 days before travel, Selected car unavailable. No telephone call to ask what i require, they decided to give me a smaller car. I telephoned their office on Monday 10/11 and Trevor felt he was doing me a favour by offering me a smaller car. I cancelled my booking and now wait to see how long they take to refund my money. There are unlimited car hire companies out there, so i booked direct with them. Thanks
