I booked a ford focus for pick up at Port Elizabeth Airport at 7:30, when i arrived i was not sure which car rental to go to, I called Drive South Africa , office hours only open at 8:00am, waited for abit and called back, unfortunately the car was N/A but the consultant immediately booked a similar vehicle for me, i made payment via the internet for a good rate, lucky enough to have my ipad with me. she gave me the reference and then was sorted. 🙂
