Booking and picking up the vehicle at the airport was excellent no complaints
The Polo Vivo looked in good order when picked up that evening. 2 days later we had to get the rear right tyre fixed as there were 3 nails in the tyre that you could see have been there for a while and the guys at TWT in Cape Town city centre confirmed it.
The 2 days before departure the temperature light started flashing, upon inspection we confirmed there was no ENGINE COOLANT in the vehicle, we had to delay our outing as we had to get the vehicle changed, again it was confirmed with Bidvest car hire in Cape Town City Centre that the coolant had not been checked in a while.
Luckily we were not far outside Cape Town or we would have had a breakdown.
All good.
