Megan's service was great for making the booking. Then after we returned the vehicle and had suspicious transactions taken from our account, we struggled to get a proper response from the booking agent and Avis. We paid substantial credit card account fees for payments that may or may not have been processed correctly. 10 days on and we still don't know. The car was excellent and people on the ground were fantastic.
