I really received great service from Randy. She was very helpful and patient! Thanks Randy!! On the other hand, I think it is ridiculous to take (hold) R10500 on a credit card and then say pay another R140 and then we only take (hold) R3000!! That is for unintelligent people - but I had to do the same because I did not want you to have a hold of R10500 for 7days on my credit card.

Picked up in central Cape Town and had the car for a week with no problems. I'd use them again.
One thing to note. Although I booked through Drive SA the actual car rental firm (First in my case) took a separate deposit for the vehicle. No problem with that but they held onto the deposit for a week after handing the car back. It's in the small print but seems a bit excessive.
Great selection and offering of vehicles. Voucher issued almost immediately.
