Car was clean, worked well. Return was no problem at all and flexible.

It was generally a good experience with a few issues. Booking was easy and the agent Trevor was great to deal with and had some informed recommendations about a vehicle for our needs. The vehicle we received was in great and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was arriving and departing. We had to wait at the airport for a couple hours as there was a mixup with our pickup. This also happened for our departure so we had to drive the vehicle to the airport instead of dropping it off at the office. We feel we shouldn't have to pay for a service we didn't receive.

Having arrived in Cape Town with no driving licence(!) we thought it was going to be impossible to hire a car, but with Marne's help and patience in their CT office we were able to arrange UK driving licence details to be mailed over, and this allowed us to proceed as planned. Brilliant support from Marne, who was also very busy with other customers at the time, so doubly thanks!!

Good rate with full insurance cover. All in order when I fetched the car. Initially I was not aware that the full amount had to be paid when making a reservation (well in advance in my case), but later saw this was mentioned in the contract. I'd rent with Drive SA again next time.

Reception and overall service was good. There was some confusion due to a change in our flight which was eventually resolved

Sehr gute Organisation und sehr gutes Fahrzeug sowie Ausstattung. Nicht gut war, dass Bushlore zusätzlich zum bereits geschlossenen Vertrag noch einen weiteren Vertrag unterschrieben haben wollte, der die Versicherungsbedingungen einschränkt. Z.B. muss langsamer gefahren werden als es laut Beschilderung erlaubt ist, um den Versicherungsschutz aufrecht zu halt.
