They are excellent in customer care, I booked a different care and when I was collecting the car I discovered that the car I wanted to book was available in the rental agency and I contacted them and they changed the car immediately while I was waiting at the pick up. This was done in few minutes and process everything and I thought it was excellent no inconvenience on my side. I was helped by a lady called Arlene McBean excellent service.
