Service rating : Once I made contact with drive SA all went very smoothly but there was quite a delay in getting the initial response after the generic"thanks for your enquiry, we will get back to you soon"
Product : See above, drive SA responded with needed information and made the booking which all went very smoothly. There was some incorrect information about cross border fees. We were quoted Pula1000 for Botswana to Namibia and in fact it was only Pula220. So we ended up with too much Pula. But that was insignificant. Also in both countries, in city of Maun Botswana and Windhoek Namibia, the "city centre office" is actually at the airport. In Maun I to is no big deal and fortunately in Windhoek the city centre office is at the small airport in town.otherwise the correct car was waiting, the staff were helpful and ready for us with documentation and the price was reasonable.

Product : Budget representative was most unhelpful in telling us, who had never been to Johannesburg, of branches we could drop the car at as an alternative to OR Tambo. However car was good and drop off, found by Jo'burg friends was quick and easy
