Product : courteous, helpful and kind staff at the car rental. going an extra mile to assist

Service rating : Rental experience was great.
Product : The only problem I had with the car rental place was that the place was far to reach and that finalising the rental took some time. Also no correlation between was quoted by drive south Africa and what was paid at Europ Car. But I will definitely make use of their services again.

I wish Drive SA would implement a system they could use to identify repeat clients faster. Perhaps some of loyalty bonus system too?

Service rating : To me it was good just that the lady that was helping me did not tell me that the access will come back to my account after 7 days i had to go back and ask and is when the give me the slip to sign.
Product : It was good but the car i was driving wheel alignment was not good because i had to use my energy to keep the car straight on the road

Service rating : the booking procedures were easy and worked out quite well in particular becausa we rented the car in a country and dropped off in a different one
Product : We have been taken care thought out all our rental period
