Product : I took the car for 1 extra day, and was charged R680. That seems a bit steep, since it was only R250 pd or thereabouts, for the previous 5 days.

Service with Drive SA has always been excellent, on collecting the vehicle though it took quite some time as there seemed to be a problem as to the details of the hire and they had to phone you to clarify otherwise all went well.

Product : Vehicle was good. We had trouble with the fridge but Kea sent a technician out to change it very promptly. We were disappointed to find that the vehicle had been supplied to us with 50-60 liters short of a full tank (the guage showed full, but it only records the 2nd tank). We needed to refuel much earlier than expected. Our calculations showed that we got twice the mileage once we refueled, which is why we concluded that vehicle was substantially short of fuel on delivery to us.
