I was there before 10 oclock and only get the vehicle at 11H00 as the results I lost 3 of my passengers, I lost R3000 as the result.
The car was not properly cleaned.
The air condition was not functioning well, my passengers kept on complaining as it was too hot.

Service rating : easy to choose from
Product : First Car Rental didn't have available the car booked. We could either wait and hope a similar car was delivered or get an automatic one (I went for the 2nd option and drove an automatic car I didn't book)
