Service rating : The personal service was excellent. However, having paid R3500 deposit I then received an invoice for the rental, but no indication that the deposit was returned. An invoice reflecting the complete transaction, including deposit, would be appreciated. Thank you.

I submitted my request late at night and needed the car the next morning. I called the office and Jaco assisted me .... I had my voucher within 30 min's. At Bidvest in Worcester I received friendly and effective service. Same with the drop-off. Thank you, very much.

The service was immaculate - from both companies. I will definitely deal with these competant and friendly people again. Everything went so smooth and I was kept informed all the way. Cannot think of anything they could have done better - service is excellent.
Product : The car I rented was in excellent condition. It was an entry level rental car - a Ford. Still new, very reliable and I felt very safe driving the vehicle. The insepection beforehand was thorough, and to deliver the car was quick and easy.
