Service rating : Cheaper that booking car hire direct. Very clear what charges are or are not included. The best way to organise South African car hire in my opinion. I use them every year.
Product : The car hire companies themselves vary, of those I have used Bidvest is the best, Avis the worst. Europcar in the middle.
Service rating : They are very professional in their work, they will give you good price compair to other and they will answer all questions rapidly.
