Service rating : Drive SA go the extra mile to help customers,for the past 3 yrs I am paying the most cheap rates for car rental all the time,If you haven't used them you are being ripped off:)Seriously, i mean..... I am serious Product : Car rental, I get the car that I want and at a rate that i can afford.I had an accident a year ago,I was helped swiftly i was in the middle of nowhere on a public holiday but I tell you I was given another car with no questions asked.
