Service rating : Very responsive representatives and website is pretty cool. They should emphasize a lot more that a credit card with embossed digits is required by the South African car rental companies. This almost caused me a huge issue, fortunately I happened to have another credit card on me. The reason it is required is archaic and a remnant of the pre-digital age but it is still needed and for many Europeans and Americans this could cause a huge problem when collecting your car over a weekend particularly.
