Service rating : Megan's service was great for making the booking. Then after we returned the vehicle and had suspicious transactions taken from our account, we struggled to get a proper response from the booking agent and Avis. We paid substantial credit card account fees for payments that may or may not have been processed correctly. 10 days on and we still don't know. The car was excellent and people on the ground were fantastic.

Fantastiese diens gekry! Ek het per epos met Charlynn Polite gekomminukeer en soms n dag voor die tyd die huur van die voetuig verleng. Haar terug voer was spoedig en proffesioneel. Ek was nie net tervrede met haar diens nie maar ook baie beindruk omdat alles so glad verloop het. Ek sal van nou af net van drive south africa gebruik maak

Service rating : Very efficient service from both Drive SouthAfrica and Thrifty who supplied the car, and with a much better deal (cost wise) than another company we used. Thrifty was efficient and flexible and changed our vehicle immediately when we realised the canopy on the bakkie could not lock. We would definitely recommend Drive SouthAfrica and Thrifty for rentals in Namibia.
