Service was good,although I had to wait at least 15min before I could be attended to while they were busy with another customer. Also called in the day before to try get the specific car I wanted arranged but failed.

Service rating : Always great service from staff and the rental process as whole.
Product : The vehicle that I rented was terrible. It was a Nissan Almera. Uncomfortable seats. Uncomfortable ride. Definitely not worth the rental fee. (There are better fleet options in this class).
