Service rating : I booked a ford focus for pick up at Port Elizabeth Airport at 7:30, when i arrived i was not sure which car rental to go to, I called Drive South Africa , office hours only open at 8:00am, waited for abit and called back, unfortunately the car was N/A but the consultant immediately booked a similar vehicle for me, i made payment via the internet for a good rate, lucky enough to have my ipad with me. she gave me the reference and then was sorted. 🙂 Product : once i got the ref number, i gave it to the lady at 1st car rental and then they immediately hooked me up with my vehicle.

Service rating : Answered my queries efficiently and very politely on the phone and via email Product : the service was fine at First just Could have been more welcoming and animated, had a sense of lets just get the job done and fill all the forms... rather "welcome to Durban ... enjoy your stay...." The lady in the car-park who issued the car was OK just .......the gum chewing...........could have performed a tonsillectomy and she wouldn't have noticed!
